The VOMI Global Think Tank & Advisory Board serves as an advisory committee to the Office of the Chairman on matters pertaining to
local, regional, and international issues, events and opportunities. As advisors to the Office of the Chairman, its members
provide the sort of global insight and diversity necessary to promote and achieve the mission of VOMI.
Some of these areas include, however, are not limited to:
- Providing advice regarding human and fiscal resources to VOMI.
- Functioning as a global think tank and advocacy group for VOMI.
- Providing deep insight into global cultural issues and local customs.
- Assisting the Chairman and the Executive Committee of VOMI's Board of Directors
in strategic planning for VOMI, when appropriate.
- Helping to establish and strengthen relationships with business partners and affiliates.
- Assisting in external public relations and in devising communication strategies for VOMI.
- Assisting in recruitment and retention of fellow advisory board members, corporate board of directors, and executive team.
- Assisting in planning and implementing official events.
- Dealing with other issues as requested by the Office of the Chairman.

- Active Member.
These members are active members of the board; primarily operate, but not exclusively, in the capacity
of committee chairs and vice chairs and as regular and alternate members of committees; play a very significant
and active role in the development and success of the board; and are allowed to participate in highly
sensitive, top level, secret and/or top secret assignments. Must be nominated by a Committee Chair and
be duly elected to the Board. View
Active Member opportunities
- Interested Member.
These members are allowed to participate in non-sensitive committee assignments for very brief and limited time
periods when the need arises, subject to their availability and capabilities. This status only requires a
Committee Chair's approval and other minimum requirements.

- Observer Member.
These members are restricted to participation in general meetings strictly in an observer and learning
capacity. This status only requires a Committee Chair's approval and other minimum requirements.

- Auxiliary Member.
These individuals are invited guests and members of various social networks operated by VOMI and are not official
members of the board. They are, however, considered members of the Main VOMI Membership Body and, therefore, eligible
to participate in general meetings of the board, upon invitation, as well as being able to vote for official candidates
of the board during election time.

Over 54 million performance share units and restricted stock units have been allocated for compensation to Active Members.
Committee and Subcommittee Chairs and Vice Chairs, as well as all other Active members, are eligible to receive substantial
performance share units and restricted stock units over a maximum 3-year term period.
- Committee Chairs. Up to 1 million units
- Committee Vice Chairs. Up to 500,000 units
- Subcommittee Chairs. Up to 250,000 units
- Subcommittee Vice Chairs. Up to 175,000 units.
- Regular and Alternate Active Members. Up to 50,000 units.
All committee chairs and vice chairs with a significant track record of performance will receive priority consideration
for recommendation and/or appointment to the Board of Directors of VOMI and other leading executive officer positions.
As well, all active members are eligible to receive significant Ad Hoc Cash Compensation on a performance basis. All board members
are also eligible for non-cash benefits in the form of grants, free or heavily discounted services to their respective organization,
as well as other benefits.
