Regional Facilitators-International Faculty
VOMI courses are available for licensing to Individuals who wish to join our international faculty in order to present VOMI-sponsored courses on virtual organization management and/or virtual organization recruitment in English to their clients in their particular market and region. These individuals, mostly Ph.D.s, are published, highly qualified and represent the "cream of the crop" in an area of professional development, change management, or organizational development; are acknowledged leaders in their field, with a great reputation, client base and proven facilitation skills; have a highly flexible schedule and a great deal of latitude with respect to conducting our virtual organization management and virtual organization recruitment courses; and, most importantly, possess the financial resources and ability to successfully manage the provision of our courses and events within their market and region.

Licensing Requirements in Chronological Order


  1. MVOMT™ or MVORT™ Certification.   First, the Prospective License Holder must sign up for and complete the full series of courses required to obtain the Master Virtual Organization Management Trainer (MVOMT™) or Master Virtual Organization Recruitment Trainer (MVORT™) designation. The MVOMT or MVORT designation is required in order to be qualified to teach or present our courses on virtual organization management and virtual organization recruitment.   2. Submit License Application.   Second, upon completion of all required courses and receipt of the MVOMT or MVORT designation, the Prospective License Holder must fill out a License Application which will include proof that the individual is qualified to present our courses.
  3. Post-Certification Interview.   Upon receipt of the License Application from Prospective License Holder, we will schedule an interview for the nominated faculty member(s) with our Chief Learning Officer, Dr. Messier, in order to go over all aspects of the Course License Program; specific rules of engagement; and license approval consideration.
  4. Grant of Master Use License.   Upon successful completion of post-certification interview, VOMI will grant a 1-year license to the selected licensee subject to execution of the license agreement.
  5. Payment of Annual License Fee.    The introductory annual license fee for our entire courseware-over 20 courses and practicums-is $25K for the first year plus 50% of fees charged for all our courses on a per event or per course-per person basis. The fee percentage is subject to negotiation based on your location and region of the world.
