Experiential Project: There is no substitute for doing. Whether you are at VOMI or any other organization, Organizational Change is dynamic and perpetual instead of a once in a blue moon event. Regardless of your discipline or field of specialization, you will participate in a 3-week project designed to integrate virtual organization management into Organizational Change at either VOMI or any other VOMI instructor-approved organization.
