Experiential Project: There is no substitute for doing. 3-week project to organize and refine a virtual organization infrastructure, supporting VOMI Advisory Board members and other stakeholders; and conducting research and surveys on existing quasi-virtual organizations, their modus operandi, and how they compare to a true virtual organization.
