Course Description

What is Virtualization of the Workforce? Today's virtual technology has resulted in a more diverse, accessible and agile virtual workforce. However, that being said, not all virtual employees or professionals are created equal. There are so many different categories and levels of virtual organization professionals that it becomes almost impossible to know which route-or combination of routes-is the correct one to embark upon when deciding to set up a virtual workforce. For those who have already taken the plunge in virtualizing a portion of their workforce, the problem only gets worse instead of better due to a lack of standards. It's all about "winging it," learning through the "school of hard knocks" and, for the most part, drawing the wrong conclusions from lessons learned.

Whether or not you currently have a virtual workforce, this course will really spark your imagination, relieve your anxieties, and set you on the right virtualization of the workforce path.
